First Saturday Devotion
Saturday, April 1, 8:00 AM
We invite everyone to join us on Saturday, March 4th for 8am Mass for the First Saturday Devotion. We will recite the rosary together after Mass, and a priest will be hearing confessions during Mass.
This Vatican-approved devotion, also called the Act of Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary, was requested by the Virgin Mary during her apparition at Fatima, where she said: “I promise to assist at the hour of death with the grace necessary for salvation all those who, with the intention of making reparation to me, will, on the first Saturday of five consecutive months, go to confession, receive Holy Communion, say five decades of the beads, and keep me company for fifteen minutes while meditating on the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary.”

Holy Land Pilgrimage with Creatio
October 22 – November 5
Sodalite Brother Chris Lanciotti is leading a unique Holy Land pilgrimage this fall (Oct 22-Nov 5) that will literally follow the steps of Christ and his disciples through the Holy Land. Pilgrims will walk approximately 100 miles from Nazareth to Jerusalem over the course of an incredible 14 days which will culminate with 3 full days in Jerusalem. The trip will be accompanied by a Fr. Kenneth Pierce of the Sodalite community as chaplain. Pilgrims will have the chance to hear biblical reflections, walk, and celebrate mass at the very sites where they occurred; including Nazareth, Mt. Tabor, Nain, Jacob’s Well, the River Jordan, Jerusalem and more.
The trip is open to all, but participants need to be prepared to walk between 8-12 miles daily over the course of 2 weeks. Please contact Chris directly (chris@creatio.org) if you have any questions or would like to sign up.
