Our Saints

These Saints have been chosen to adorn our Church in the stained glass windows! Every two weeks we will reveal another of our sixteen Saints. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about them and pray for their intercession.

St. Peter

Feast Day: June 29

A pillar of the Church represented in our windows because he was the first Pope and one of Jesus's disciples

Feast Day: January 25

Featured in our windows as one of the leaders of the early Christian Church

ST. AUGUSTINE

Feast Day: August 28

A reminder of our ongoing conversions and one of the saints who's relic is contained in our altar

st. Patrick

Feast Day: March 17

He is particularly dear to our parish as Holy Name was originally called St. Patrick's

st. Francis of Assisi

Feast Day: October 4

An example of humility, radical detachment, and love of the poor. He is also one of the patron Saints of Colorado

st. Thomas Aquinas

Feast Day: January 28

His decisive contribution to the knowledge and love of God for the universal Church make him a great addition to our sanctuary.

st. Juan Diego

Feast Day: December 9

An example of obedience to Our Blessed Mother, he leads us to Our Lady of Guadalupe who is our protector and Patroness of the Americas

st. Francis xavier

Feast Day: December 3

His relics are present in our altar and he is the Patron Saint of Missions.

St. Vincent de Paul

Feast Day: September 27

A model of charity and generosity. The Saint Vincent de Paul Society founded in his honor, helps to serve those most in need. His relics are in our altar!
