At Holy Name, our Children and Youth Faith Formation programs partner with parents in their vocation as the first and most important teachers of the faith. Through Religious Education, Sacramental Preparation, retreats, and youth ministry opportunities, we provide children and teens with a place to encounter Christ, grow in their knowledge of the Catholic faith, and develop a deeper love for God and His Church.
Our Pre-Kindergarten through 12th Grade programs are designed to accompany young people as they grow in faith and prepare them to live as joyful disciples of Christ. Through engaging lessons, prayer, community, and opportunities for spiritual growth, students are invited to know, love, and serve God while discovering their call to holiness.
Throughout their formation, students explore the richness of the Catholic faith, including the Trinity, Salvation History, the Creed, the Liturgy, the Sacraments, the Ten Commandments, Virtue, the lives of the Saints, Prayer, and Lectio Divina. Our goal is to help form Catholics who are rooted in their relationship with Jesus Christ, active in the life of the Church, and prepared to share the Gospel with those they encounter.
